Ryan co-founded Acceler after a decade of building and selling skilling programs to engineering leaders at Fortune-500 companies. He runs the Leadership Accelerator personally for every first engagement.
Core thinking
Getting value from AI is a software-engineering and change-management problem, not a strategy problem. The slowest-moving piece is almost never the model. It's the organization. The way through is to put a small, focused team on a real workflow, prove a new way of working, and then widen it. The capability has to end up with your people, not with us. We're the catalyst. Your team does the shipping. Most of our job is removing the things that stop your best people from getting an agent into production.

Anshuman Bapna.
Anshuman has spent 15 years building products at the intersection of enterprise operations and emerging technology. He leads the B2B practice at Acceler: strategy, product, and the practitioner bench.
Core thinking
AI doesn't show up as a strategy slide. It shows up as one process going from days to minutes, then another, then another. We work in a clear rhythm: train, co-build, ship. Your leaders see what's possible, your team builds it alongside our practitioners, and your first agents go into production in about 90 days. We focus on the workflows where the value is real and large. The leaders who win are the ones who pick the right first workflow and commit to shipping it.

Soham co-founded the parent business that became Acceler. Across a decade he has built a platform that has skilled 25,000+ engineers and shipped 650+ cohorts. He brings the operating discipline.

We have built the operating muscle for this over a decade: a platform that has trained tens of thousands of engineers across hundreds of cohorts.
