Co-Founder & Chief Product & Technology Officer

Soham started at Microsoft, then built his career across startups and mid-sized companies. As Senior Staff Software Engineer at eBay and Director of Engineering at Box, he saw firsthand how enterprises struggle to turn AI investments into real capability. That insight led him to co-found Acceler.

Ryan Valles

Co-Founder & CEO

Ryan brings over two decades of entrepreneurial experience. From management consulting to founding and growing companies like RYSA, Urbanspace, and Deals & You, he has built businesses from scratch. As an EIR with Accel Partners, he incubated multiple startups to profitability. At Acceler, Ryan leads growth and delivers founder-led webinars for enterprise leaders.

A serial entrepreneur and Stanford GSB alum, Anshuman has founded four companies and led two to successful acquisitions. As Chief Product Officer at MakeMyTrip-Goibibo (NASDAQ: MMYT) and founder of Terra.do, he brings deep experience in scaling products and building businesses from zero to one. At Acceler, Anshuman leads B2B strategy, product, and go-to-market.

Jerin Kesavan

Head of HR

With 15+ years as a people leader, Jerin has held pivotal roles at Unacademy and Simplilearn. She excels in talent acquisition, HR business partnering, talent development, and process automation.

Sreejit Narayan

Head of Operations

With over a decade of leadership in edtech — including roles at Upgrad, Great Learning, and Career Launcher — Sreejit has scaled operations, automated processes, and elevated customer experiences across the board.

Burhanuddin Pithawala

Head of AI Business

Over 13 years, Burhanuddin has scaled businesses at Oyo as VP of Global Marketing & Growth, and at HealthPlix as Head of Growth Marketing. He brings deep expertise in demand-led growth.
